AutoKiraya fixes that. One dashboard shows who's paid, who hasn't, and who's moving in next.

Add your property, invite tenants, set the rent. AutoKiraya sends reminders. Tenants pay your UPI. The system matches payments automatically. PDF receipt generated. Done.
