Refund &
Cancellation.

1. Subscription Cancellation

Owners can cancel their AutoKiraya subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features (like automated layout management and tenant onboarding) will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the trial tier.

2. Refund Eligibility (Platform Fees)

AutoKiraya offers a 14-day free trial for all new property owners. We encourage users to fully explore the platform during this period. Refund Policy for paid subscriptions are generally not provided once the billing cycle has started, except in cases of technical failure where the service was not rendered.

3. Rent Payment Disputes

⚠️ CRITICAL NOTICE:

AutoKiraya is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider and does not handle rental funds directly. Rent payments are settled directly between Tenants and Owners via UPI. Any disputes regarding rent amounts, security deposits, or refunds of rental payments must be settled directly between the Owner and the Tenant.

4. Refund Process

If a refund for platform fees is approved by our administrative team, it will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is initiated.
