Refunds

• Overpayment: Refunded within 7 business days.
• Duplicates: Refunded within 5-7 business days.
• Outages: 48+ hrs downtime = credit.

Rent Payments

AutoKiraya doesn't process rent. Payments are direct tenant-to-owner via UPI.
