1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AutoKiraya. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and PRABHDEEP SINGH, doing business as AutoKiraya ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AutoKiraya mobile application and website.

By accessing the app or website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Service

AutoKiraya is a property management platform that provides tools for property owners to manage layouts, beds, and tenants. We facilitate rental management through automation, including UPI payment settlement tracking and automated receipt generation.

3. User Roles

• Owners: Responsible for maintaining accurate property data, room counts, and bank/UPI details for direct settlements.
• Tenants: Use the platform to log payments, view receipts, and communicate with owners.

4. Subscription & Billing

AutoKiraya operates on a per-bed monthly subscription model. Billing is based on the active inventory managed by the Owner on the platform. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment Settlements

Rent payments initiated through the platform are settled directly to the Owner's bank account via UPI. AutoKiraya is a technology facilitator and does not hold or escrow rental funds. Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their provided UPI IDs.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraudulent property listings, or unauthorized data scraping. We reserve the right to terminate any account violating these protocols.

7. Limitation of Liability

AutoKiraya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of rental income or data breaches caused by third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. AutoKiraya and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Patiala, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise under these terms.
